mustache or moustache

Mo-vember has officially come to an end for me.  The mustache grew fine the first week and then stopped.   It wasn't very visible but hideous nonetheless.  I'm glad Mo-vember is gone....all of us are.

A conversation from Mo-vember:

Jackson - "Papi, you're funny with your mustache."
Parker - "Yeah Papi, I don't like when it gets mad."
Me - "What do you mean, Parker?"
Parker - "It is angry"
Me - "How is that?"
Parker - "It's always frowning at me."

Parker the Prayer

Parker during tonight's prayer, "Thank you for Papi's work.  Thank you for Mommy's shopping."

Halloween Junk

Halloween was good.  The kids made a load, especially from the trick or treating we did at work.  It should be noted that they each wore their costumes every day for about a week leading up to the day.

This is one of the days leading up to Halloween.

Samantha Stuff

So, we are having a great time with Samantha.  Her older brothers adore her....especially Jackson who always wants to be by her and kissing her.  They both tell Samantha how much they love her and Parker always gives thanks for how cute she is in his prayers.

Fishing at Strawberry

I went up to Strawberry this last weekend with Kimball Roundy.  We had a great time.  9 fish in about 2 hours.  Great weather....

New Driveway

We are tearing out our driveway.  It was pretty chewed up.  Parker told me he was going to try to climb the rocks and not fall.  I asked what would happen if he fell.  His response, "kinda cry or something."

 

 

Kick-Fall

This was the conversation that Parker had with us after having tripped an opposing player on the soccer field.

"That was a kick-fall.  I kicked and missed and he falled."

Funny. 

Soccer is going well.  Parker had his best defensive game yet and he scored two goals.  There is still a lot of dancing and merry jumping on the field.
